We do not collect or store your credit card or payment card details. Payments made through Apple In-App Purchase are processed by Apple according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

Technical Information

- App activity needed to keep the service working

- Device and browser information

- Login/session information

- Error logs or diagnostics

- Video playback access requests

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Create and manage your account

3. Course Videos and Protected Content

Upskill Now course videos may be hosted using private cloud storage and streamed securely through access-controlled links. These links are generated only for users who are allowed to access the lesson.

The app may also use screen recording or screenshot protection features on supported devices to help protect paid educational content. This protection is used only to prevent unauthorized copying of course videos.

4. Account Login

Upskill Now uses email-based login, OTP login, and/or password login through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

5. In-App Purchases

Some course content may be unlocked using Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. Apple processes the payment. We receive only the information needed to confirm that your purchase was successful and to unlock course access in your Upskill Now account.

If you restore a purchase, we use Apple purchase information to verify your access.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the app, including:

- Authentication and database providers

- Cloud storage and video delivery providers

- App hosting providers

- App store payment systems

- Support and communication tools

These services are used only to operate Upskill Now and provide the learning experience.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be stored using cloud services and may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

8. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the app:

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and related learning data, subject to any information we may need to retain for legal, security, refund, or fraud-prevention reasons.

If you cannot access your account, you may contact us through the Support section of the app.

- Choose whether to make your profile public, if this feature is available

- Stop using the app at any time

10. Children’s Privacy

Upskill Now is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The app or website may contain links to external websites, such as our website, app store pages, or support pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
